Financing & Scholarships

Financing - College Pathways

You don’t need to spend $250,000 at a large 4 year degree school or $125,000 at ATP to get help financing flight training.

At RFA the cost is around $50,000 for your core path of Private, Instrument, Commercial and Instructor and about $6000 or less each for the add-ons like Instrument Instructor, Multi and Multi Instructor or ATP.

If you want a college degree get a 2 year degree of your choice at a community college and/or an online option. RFA also partners with San Bernardino Valley College and you can seamlessly use student grants and financing during your enrollment for both the college and flight training program costs.

Once you have the Associates degree and your 141 flight training complete you can finish a 4 year degree in short time and low cost online with the credit you’ll receive from most schools like Liberty University or Southern Utah University.

Direct Financing for your flight training through Stratus Financial will allow you to get into your career faster. You can be debt free in just 2-3 years with the right path.
